What You’ll Do:

  • Be the friendly voice and reassuring presence for our clients as you help them navigate their insurance needs.
  • Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide solutions that keep our clients coming back for more.
  • Support our focus on relocations to Frederick and Urbana, ensuring newcomers feel right at home.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to exceptional service and community engagement.
What We’re Looking For:

  • A people-person with a positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (bonus points for a sense of humor!).
  • Ability to juggle tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for customer service and a desire to make a difference in our community.
Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but if you have the right attitude, we’ll train you!
  • Willingness to learn about insurance (don’t worry, we’ll guide you through it!).

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
