What You'll Do
As a Lead Teacher, you'll create a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and Wonder of Learning curriculum
- Creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment
- Building strong relationships with children and families
- Supporting children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Maintaining classroom organization and licensing standards
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and school leadership
What We're Looking For
We're seeking dependable, energetic educators who:
- Have experience working with young children
- Are passionate about early childhood education
- Communicate effectively with families and coworkers
- Work well as part of a team
- Have a positive attitude and growth mindset
- Meet Colorado licensing requirements for Early Childhood Teachers
Preferred Qualifications
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework
- 1+ year of classroom experience
- Experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
