Primary Duties:
- Develop mill & lathe program using Mastercam and provide tooling and fixture to jobs.
- Analyze drawings to estimate machine run time.
- Monitors machinist progress and provide guidance required to keep parts within specifications.
- Maintain/Upload programs / files through daily backup of files.
- Ensure that machines, equipment and tools remain in good working order.
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of mill and lathe CNC programming experience.
- Experience with Mastercam
Competencies:
- Ability to read drawing, program and run complex, tight tolerance parts.
- Understand feed and speed, cycle time and job estimate.
- Understand set ups on mills and lathes.
- Able to work effectively with team members.
- Strong attention to details.
- Well organized and self-motivated individual.
- Reliable and dedicated with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Conduct work with high level of professionalism.
- Be willing to work overtime as required to meet deadline.
Languages:
- Able to communicate in English.
- Preferred fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

Facility
ECS facility is located in Houston, TX, includes over 22,000 square feet of space to handle heavy equipment service and manufacturing. The facility features oversized doors with drive-thru capacity, a 20-ton overhead crane for ease of equipment loading and unloading, and approximately three acres of yard space for staging and storage.
