Role Summary:
We're in search of compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our Nevada team and make a positive impact on clients' lives. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing individuals' independence and overall well-being in the familiar surroundings of their homes.

Requirements and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent
Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills
Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing personal care
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation)

Responsibilities:

Give personalized care to clients based on their specific care plans.
Help clients with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom.
Assist with moving around, transferring, and doing exercises to keep them physically healthy.
Prepare healthy meals and help with eating, keeping in mind any dietary restrictions and preferences.
Keep the client’s environment clean and safe by doing light housekeeping.
Offer companionship and emotional support through meaningful conversations and activities.
Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, and other outings when needed.
Keep records of the care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.
Work with the care team to ensure each client gets well-rounded and coordinated care.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
