Position Summary:
The Office Coordinator plays a vital role in the daily operations of our clinic. This position is responsible for engaging with patients, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the clinical team. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has prior medical office experience, and understands insurance benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records using EMR systems
- Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports for management
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and insurance providers
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Prior experience in a medical office setting (preferred)
- Strong understanding of insurance benefits
- Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), internet software, and databases
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong math skills and ability to present reports clearly
