About the Role:
We are looking for a Member Service Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness - PFNoCritics in Green Valley, AZ. As the overnight representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our members and ensuring the gym is clean and safe for everyone.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in members as they enter the gym
- Assist with new member sign-ups and give tours of the facility
- Maintain a clean and organized facility
- Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries
- Ensure the safety and security of the gym during the overnight hours
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work overnight hours a
- Basic computer skills
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
