We don't always take ourselves seriously at Hideaway Pizza, but we take our food, our team, and our guests VERY seriously.

 

At Hideaway Pizza, we do many little things that make a BIG difference, the most important thing is to hire the BEST!

 

I don't LOVE having great people in our team because we know that great people like to HAVE FUN. We love it and the funny!  If you value people, take care of others, stay real, create Happiness and do things well, then our values are aligned.

 

Other GREAT things that we do at Hideaway Pizza are always using QUALITY ingredients, never compromising our recipes and preparing many of our items at home, frenzied every day. Many of our ingredients are locally sourced or made specifically for you. That is why our GUESTS are LOYAL they have been since 1957 (as long ago). In addition to PIZZA, we offer many entrées, salads, sandwiches, pastas, desserts and over-the-top drinks.

 
PURPOSE

The main commitment of the kitchen team is to provide an EXCEPTIONAL meal to ensure an EXCEPTIONAL experience for our guests. This experience will leave guests wanting to come back soon and share their excitement (food photos and selfies preferred). Achieving this means that you must adopt the Hideaway Method (The Way), excel in the Hideaway Service Standards, have superior product knowledge and skills, and present yourself in a professional yet fun manner.

o Strong understanding and production of all foods; Preparation and production.

o Intense application of food safety practices.

o Must be 16 years of age or older depending on location, state and county specific.

o Have and maintain the required licenses: Food employee permit card, specific to the state and county.

o Work a variety of hours, including nights, days, holidays, doubles, stalls, and events.

o Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and job-specific training guides.

o Meet physical requirements dictated by the job, stand (10 hours), walk, lift objects (40 pounds), bend, carry (25 pounds), and clean.
