Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending suitable coverage options. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on various insurance products, and assist them in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Provide accurate quotes and assist clients in understanding their insurance policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulations to provide clients with the most relevant information
  • Process insurance applications and handle policy changes efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of client inquiries or concerns
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an Insurance Agent or in a similar role
  • Must possess a valid insurance license (property and casualty, life, health, or a combination)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using insurance management software and MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage types, and industry regulations
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and dedication to providing exceptional customer service
