2. *Project Management:*
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee technical projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
3. *Technical Expertise:*
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
4. *Collaboration and Communication:*
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and across the organization.
5. *Quality Assurance:*
- Implement and maintain best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of technical solutions.
6. *Resource Management:*
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
- Monitor and manage team workload, ensuring a balanced distribution of tasks.

Compensation: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
