Job Description:
Hopson Health is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic Registered Nurse with managerial skills for the role of Head Nurse. The Head Nurse will play a pivotal role in our team and company culture, leading our staff and working closely with each client to deliver the ultimate Hopson Health experience. As Head Nurse, you will manage a team of full-time and part-time staff, oversee client evaluations, create operational systems, foster a community-oriented environment, manage office duties, and promote the Hopson Health brand in our market area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the Hopson Health staff and operations of the Wellness Center
- Lead a team of full-time and part-time nurses and staff
- Promote an energetic environment and cultivate a culture of community at Hopson Health
- Inspire clients to utilize all resources effectively to achieve personal wellness goals
- Conduct goal-oriented consultations with all clients
- Focus on membership acquisition and retention, including referral/lead generation activities
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the wellness center
- Maintain impeccable standards of center maintenance
- Conduct weekly and monthly team meetings to introduce new wellness protocols
- Ensure adherence to opening and closing procedures by staff
- Conduct tours of the wellness center for potential clients
- Handle phone inquiries and assist with membership sales
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a nurse, preferably with a managerial background
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Motivated and passionate about health and wellness
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons
