We’re expanding our sales team and looking for driven, competitive, and energetic individuals ready to take their careers and income to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from personal and company-provided leads.

  • Maximize referrals by quoting, cross-selling, and up-selling to existing clients.

  • Prospect and set appointments for new business opportunities.

  • Contact existing leads for renewal quoting to drive repeat business.

  • Build relationships with mortgage brokers, auto dealerships, and realtors to maintain consistent lead flow.

  • Maintain a positive, professional, and reliable work ethic.

  • Demonstrate coachability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in a sales career (insurance experience a plus but not required)

  • Willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license before starting (Life & Health license within 6 months)

  • Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
