At Key Connections ABA Services (KCAS), our mission is simple: putting people first and building meaningful connections. Through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we help children, adolescents, and young adults build skills that increase independence, communication, and quality of life.
We are currently seeking motivated, compassionate, and dependable Behavioral Therapists (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ABA Therapists to join our growing clinical team.
Current RBTs are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates who do not currently hold an active RBT credential are also welcome and will receive the training necessary to meet our clinical requirements. Non-RBT candidates will be required to complete 40 additional hours of required BT training, separate from standard Key Connections onboarding and training requirements.
This position is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education, child development, human services, and healthcare.
We currently have an immediate need for staff availability during afternoon hours and are offering higher compensation for afternoon/evening availability.
Compensation
- $23-$32 per hour, based on experience
- Enhanced hourly rates available for afternoon availability

What You'll Do
- Provide direct ABA therapy services in one-on-one and small-group settings
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
- Collect and record accurate session data using ABA software platforms
- Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to support client progress
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and client dignity at all times
- Ensure client safety and respond appropriately to challenging behaviors when necessary
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Coursework or experience in Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, Human Services, Education, Social Work, or a related field preferred

Compensation: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
At Key Connections ABA Services, LLC, we specialize in working with individuals whose challenges can be medically complex, have a dual diagnosis, and have co-existing mental health challenges. To address their issues, we offer solutions-based treatment and programs and strive to strengthen their support system. With our ABA Services in Greater Boston and center based services Chelmsford, Massachusetts, we help our clients learn self-reflection, self-regulation protocols, and adaptive social skills that are useful in their daily lives. We believe that everyone has the potential to be their best selves with effective self-management skills. Thus, we treat our clients and their families as our collaborators in finding effective ways for them to deal with their issues.
