WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As front desk sales associate you'll be the heart of creating unforgettable guest experiences while helping to drive the salon's success. In this role you will:
- Grow membership and retail sales by confidently presenting our services and building guest loyalty
- Deliver a warm and personalized luxury experience to every guest
- Manage appointments in person and over the phone with professionalism and accuracy
- Support daily operations including guest leads, guest follow ups, and guest confirmations
- Maintain a polished and welcoming salon environment that reflects our high brand standards
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We want a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring:
- 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience with proven results
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work evenings and some weekends
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required or active college enrollment preferred

- Monday: 4:00pm -8:00 pm (close)
- Tuesday: 4:00pm -8:00 pm (close)
- Thursday: 4:00pm -8:00 pm (close)
- Sunday: 11:30am-5:00pm (close)

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
