Main Responsibilities include:

Client Care & Services: Lash extensions, brow lamination, tinting, sugaring, facials, upselling, client education
Studio Operations: Sanitation, check-in/out, team support, studio upkeep
Professional Growth: Training, ongoing skill development, world-class service standards

Requirements include:

Must-Haves: Esthetician/cosmetology license, willingness to learn Deka Lash techniques, availability evenings/weekends
Nice-to-Haves: Sales experience, lash and/or brow certification, prior lash application experience
Soft Skills: Punctual, friendly, team-oriented, growth mindset

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
