Position

The Primary responsibility is to manage the local office to direct, manage, and achieve operational objectives while representing the company professionally. This individual will be responsible for all active services, the success and safety of commercial projects, the management of local operational personnel, temporary staff, and maintaining equipment and supplies. Services include but are not limited to restoration, mitigation, remediations, and demolition. 
 
Essential Functions

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure employees are held accountable for job performance and metrics.
  • Be available to mobilize immediately to a potential loss in the local area within 1-2 hours.
  • You will be required to be on a monthly on--call rotation, and you may also be asked to report during an off-call situation if the project needs or is directed by senior management.
  • Demand high-level customer service, customer satisfaction, and safety, and hold operation key personnel accountable to achieve these goals.
  • Be knowledgeable in all operational services we provide through education, specialized training, and industry experience.
  • Must have the ability to motivate a diverse group into a cohesive team to perform the task at hand and the ability to get maximum results in a minimum amount of time.
  • Assist with an on-site walk-through meeting with the insured, adjusters, consultants, or decision­makers with Sales, Estimators, or Management to help close the sale.
  • Identify all potential safety hazards on a project and if permits are needed. Adhere to company safety standards, and follow OSHA and EPA regulations.
  • Coordinate mobilization of crews, temporary labor, materials, and equipment required to commence a project; timing is critical; a sense of urgency is mandatory.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

  • Degree in Business or Construction Management ( or equivalent years on the job training)
  • Experience in mitigation and construction practices
  • Certifications in business-related fields
  • Understanding of estimate, administration, and accounting software.
  • Adaptable to change, multidimensional, fast-paced business needs.
  • Must possess valid driver's license and clean driving record.
