Position/Office Location: Lynchburg, VA

- Serve your community when it needs it the most
- Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events
- Cooperate and build trusted relationships with public emergency response agencies and private entities
- Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer
- Participate in restoration-related community awareness events and programs
- Proactively search for, acts upon potential opportunities
The team member who fulfills this hybrid position will also play a critical role in business development, as they will be the primary team member responsible for outreach and business development, including building business-to-business (B2B) partnerships, increasing brand awareness in our community, and driving organic business leads to our company. In this role, you will often spend time out of the office building and nurturing relationships with representatives in adjacent fields such as insurance, property management, and other local businesses. A successful candidate will be comfortable making cold calls, drop-in visits to other businesses, and striking up conversations in a confident, genuine, and enduring manner.

- Base + commission. Our current ERCs yearly pay range from $50,000 to $100,000+ depending on their production. No limit to long-term earning potential.
