We are looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our Genesis New Beginnings team. In our clinic, you’ll work one-on-one with our children, helping them build communication, confidence, and life skills in a safe, supportive environment. You won’t do this alone—you’ll be surrounded by a team that cares deeply about both our children and each other. In your role as an RBT, you will be in an integral and key role which involves being a calm, caring presence with a big heart and a desire to continuously explore and learn ways to increase your knowledge and understanding of our children and the best way to help them and foster constant growth.
We are a grassroots team, homegrown by our own seasoned RBT trainers, providing not just the 40-hour certification training, but overlaps with others RBT's within the clinic. We make sure you are thoroughly prepared for the in-person competency test as well as the written state test.

Responsibilities
- Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
- Involves one on one or group Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
- Record data that allows the monitoring of progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan
- Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
- Maintain communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
- Any other tasks outlined by BCBA
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible work schedule (Consistent hours)
- Experience working with children, a plus
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Experience working with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation: $21.50 - $26.50 per hour
