- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of at least 10 staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Medical Office Management: Handle multi-line phones, payment processing, and insurance claims procedures.
- Billing and Collections: Understand billing processes and assist patients and clinicians with billing inquiries.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- High EQ: Show compassion and emotional intelligence in interactions with patients and colleagues.
- Independence and Organization: Work independently, multitask, and maintain accuracy even during interruptions.
- HR Experience: Some familiarity with human resources practices.

- Software Proficiency: Experience with Patient Scheduling and Electronic Health Records systems.
- Productivity Optimization: Manage scheduling to minimize clinician downtime due to cancellations/no-shows.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, and email communication.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Typing Speed: Type a minimum of 60 words per minute with 98% accuracy.
