Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as our Lead Technician for carpet, floor, upholstery, tile and grout cleaning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning services at residential and commercial properties to meet our clients' needs and satisfaction. This is also a leadership position - this position will train new cleaning technicians.

Responsibilities:

Perform carpet and floor cleaning using industry-standard equipment and techniques.
Clean upholstery, including sofas, chairs, and other furniture pieces, to remove dirt, stains, and odors using industry-standard equipment and techniques.
Clean tile and grout surfaces using specialized equipment and cleaning solutions.
Clean air vents and dryer ducts using industry-standard equipment and techniques.
Drive company van to/from client locations.
Inspect surfaces for spots/stains and recommend appropriate treatments or repairs.
Train and mentor new cleaning technicians.
Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work vans.

Requirements:

Must have 1-3 years previous experience in carpet, floor, upholstery, tile and/or grout cleaning.
Experience with truck mounted hot water extraction system highly desired.
Must have a Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record and ability to pass a standard background check.
Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certification highly desired.
Specialty cleaning (stripping and waxing commercial space flooring, specialty rug cleaning, air duct and vent cleaning) is a plus (opportunity exists to gain experience quickly).
Ability to train and develop new cleaning technicians.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively and safely.
Customer service focused and sales ability.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet for extended periods.
Military experience / veteran desired.
Bilingual (Spanish) desired.

(Note: Compensation level will reflect the experience level of the technician. Hourly rate will increase as experience and certifications are gain. Commissions are possible on top of hourly rates)
