Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nail Salon Manager to oversee the operations of our lakeside nail salon in Rancho Santa Margarita. As the Nail Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented nail technicians and designers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the nail salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service. - Recruit, train, and supervise a team of nail technicians, providing guidance, feedback, and support to maximize their performance. - Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional development. - Ensure outstanding customer service by maintaining high standards, resolving customer complaints, and building strong client relationships. - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. - Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity, and take necessary actions to achieve targets. - Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products, and implement innovative ideas to enhance the salon's offerings and competitiveness. - Manage salon finances, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Nail Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role within the beauty industry. - In-depth knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and industry trends. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of professionals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, staff, and suppliers. - Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction. - Proficient in salon management software and computer skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment. - Business acumen and understanding of financial management principles. - Proper certification or license to perform nail services in Rancho Santa Margarita.
