Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Development: Nurture and expand a portfolio of client accounts, proactively engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing expert advice, and offering tailored solutions.

  2. Policy Analysis and Recommendation: Conduct thorough policy reviews, assessing coverage adequacy, identifying potential gaps, and making recommendations to ensure clients have the right protection for their evolving needs.

  3. Business Development: Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, participating in client meetings, and assisting with the development of customized insurance proposals.

  4. Claims Management Support: Serve as a liaison between clients and claims adjusters, guiding clients through the claims process, and ensuring timely resolution of claims while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

  5. Industry Knowledge Enhancement: Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks, continuously expanding your insurance knowledge to better serve our clients.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and agent.

  2. Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term client relationships, with a customer-centric approach.

  3. Proven Sales Success (preferred but not required): Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals in a previous role, preferably in a customer-facing or sales-driven environment.

  4. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, evaluate risk exposures, and recommend appropriate coverage options.

  5. Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work culture.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
