Are you a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) seeking flexible per diem opportunities? Prestige Home Health Care is looking for a caring and reliable PT to provide exceptional home health care for our clients in the Phoenix/Peoria/Suncity/Glendale area.
Per Diem/Flexible Schedule: Create your schedule and enjoy a work-life balance. We offer flexible shifts to accommodate your availability.
Home-Based Care: Provide personalized care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Patient-Centered Approach: Deliver compassionate care, focusing on individual patient needs.
Variety of Duties:
- Review patients' medical histories and referrals
- Diagnose patients' functions and movements
- Help patients avoid surgery and prescription drugs
- Help patients achieve fitness goals
- Help patients regain or maintain their independence
- Help patients lead active lives
Collaborative Environment: Work as part of a team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Compensation: $90.00 - $95.00 per hour
