Your Role
As a Bilingual Account Manager, you will:
- Cultivate Strong Relationships: Engage with clients, particularly within our Spanish-speaking community, to understand their unique needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Educate and Inform: Utilize a customer-first approach to clearly explain insurance options, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
- Drive Agency Growth: Proactively develop leads, schedule appointments, and collaborate with our team to enhance client experiences and contribute to the agency’s success.
- Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus commission/bonus, with total earnings potential between $52,000 - $70,000 annually (top performers may exceed this range).
