Join our award winning, super organized machine in the role of junior Customer Service Representative. Ideally, you are an energetic individual interested in helping our business grow through engaged customer conversations and a passion to deliver remarkable customer experiences. You have an EXCEPTIONAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILL, both verbal & written. Responsibilities:
· Work with the Ted Byrt Team to coach customers and help them see & understand gaps in their insurance.
· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, billing, general changes, and simple insurance changes.
· Sales & service experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, telemarketing) is an asset.
· Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
· Great interpersonal skills
· EXCEPTIONAL English communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
· Enjoy the daily challenge of problem-solving!
· Dedicated to customer service – speedy, accurate, and a daily passion committed to "getting it done".
· Ability to multi-task -- juggle many changing priorities throughout the day.
· Ability to welcome customers and prospects and put them at ease.
· Clear ability to engage with a customer and pivot to other lines of business multiple times per day.

Compensation: $44,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
