We’re especially interested in clinicians with Play Therapy experience and a passion for trauma-informed care.

🎨 Your Specialty Is Your Superpower

We’re looking for a clinician who is:

Authentic, passionate, and fun-loving
Comfortable working with children, adolescents, teens, and/or adults
Experienced in Play Therapy or excited to bring this specialty to Ellie
Trauma-informed and client-focused
Interested in couples, families, trauma, substance use, and/or school-based services
Familiar with documentation, insurance billing, and community resources
Fully licensed in Tennessee
Ideally credentialed with insurance panels

🧠 What You’ll Do

You’ll have room to practice in your own clinical style while handling the essentials:

Assess and diagnose mental health needs
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide quality, trauma-informed therapy
Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals
Complete timely clinical documentation and session notes
Coordinate care with families, schools, case managers, medical professionals, employers, and other providers
Collaborate with the clinical team
Participate in meetings, trainings, and consultation
Maintain a minimum of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians

*Our Clinical Licensure Supervision Program has supervisors for folks seeking licensure as LCSW, LPC-MHSP, and LMFT. This is based on staff availability and we cannot guarantee that a supervisor match will be immediately available. We encourage license seeking clinicians to have one supervisor at Ellie and one outside to help enhance their learning experience, have additional perspective, and utilize the full range of cultural and clinical experiences provided by multiple clinical licensure supervisors.
