Job Description:
As the General Manager at Sir Grout you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: fearlessly drive sales and achieve sales and profitability targets. Visit customers' homes, assess their project needs, and provide tailored proposals and solutions. Ideally, close the sale on the first visit. Where that is not possible, follow-up consistently to close the sale.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare estimates for customers and explain Sir Grout processes and how we will resolve their issues.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations with the owner, ensuring efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and optimal use of resources.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Tile and Grout Restoration Technicians and support staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Financial Management: Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Required: sales and customer service experience
Preferred: team management experience; customer service; industry knowledge, preferably in tile and grout restoration services or a similar construction/flooring/tiling industry.

Compensation: $600.00 per year
