We are seeking a skilled Data Architect with expertise in EPIC VBPM (Value-Based Performance Management) and Population Health to join our team. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing complex data architectures that support EPIC VBPM initiatives and Population Health analytics. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and IT teams, to ensure our data infrastructure meets the needs of our healthcare delivery and management systems.
