Region 6 is a systems integrator specializing in, but limited to, the multi-family sector. Our team installs a variety of cutting edge low-volt technologies with an emphasis on surveillance and access control systems. Salary
$60,000-72,000/year

Position Requirements
  • On site 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday at our SaltBox warehouse location in SODO neighborhood of Seattle 
  • Must have own vehicle available for use during working hours and good driving record 
  • Experience in a warehouse or operations position or similar
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Position Responsibilities
Coordination and Communication
  • Attend project planning meetings as needed
  •  Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to receive orders and provide updates on ETAs, availability, etc. 
  • Attend to any correspondence and emails by customers, contractors, and vendors in a timely manner
Shipping and Receiving
  • Maintain and organize warehouse
  • Ensure parts and equipment orders for installations are fulfilled accurately and on time. Record and track parts and equipment that has been picked up and returned by technicians.
  • Manage and track warranty returns and RMAs
  • Maintain parts and equipment for service stock
  • Accurately and pro-actively pull and stage equipment for service calls
  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to receive orders and provide updates on ETAs, availability
  • Prepare and ship out parts and equipment
  • Receive orders and deliveries. 
  • Log in inventory management  program what parts have arrived, been sent out, or returned to the warehouse. 
  • Track POs fulfillment 
  •  Performing parts runs from vendor to warehouse or tech in field
  • Checking in orders and tracking parts status for sales orders and projects
  • Monitor sales and vendor relations
