**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Roofing Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new roofing leads, conducting in-depth consultations with potential clients, understanding their roofing needs, providing tailored solutions and estimating the potential project. This is an outside roofing sales position. Must be comfortable with door to door sales.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their roofing needs.

- Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to address clients' roofing issues and concerns.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Conduct thorough roof inspections to identify damage, assess the condition of roofs, and provide accurate estimates for repairs or replacements.

- Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers to facilitate successful sales outcomes.

- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive prospecting and effective sales techniques.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.

- In-depth knowledge of roofing materials and construction processes.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Must be comfortable with climbing roofs.
