Position overview
As an SDR at Vital Interaction, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales team. Your mission? To help us build relationships with prospective customers in the ever-evolving healthcare IT market. What you’ll do
- Identify, qualify, and engage key stakeholders at top healthcare organizations
- High volume outbound prospecting from a marketing database to set up appointments/demos for salespeople
- Connect with decisions makers and identify the pain points that Vital Interaction’s products can resolve
- Schedule demonstrations between Account Executives and potential customers
- Utilize CRM tools to document sales activity, deal progression, and prospect/customer communication
- Work with Account Executives and Marketing teams to run targeted outreach campaigns
- Travel occasionally to represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Use social selling techniques and resources (LinkedIn) to identify and engage sales leads
- Assume responsibility for the majority of the Account Executive pipeline
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of the sales team and the company
What you should already have/be
- Entry-level experience (0-3 years) in sales or customer-facing roles
- Interest in healthcare, startups, sales, and technology
- Competitive team player who enjoys challenges
- Motivated, goal-oriented individual with a proven track record
- Adaptability, coachability, a strong sense of urgency, and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Curious mindset, always seeking learning and growth opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desk work and computer proficiency
- Bachelor's degree is optional

Compensation
At our company, we believe in recognizing and rewarding talent. Joining our team means you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $45,000, with the potential to significantly boost your earnings through commission (estimated OTE is $65,000).
