Responsibilities:
- Run service and maintenance calls as scheduled and according to policy and procedure
- Diagnose HVAC failures and successfully repair them
- Follow dispatching procedures before and after each call
- Properly submit all paperwork and monies collected
- Keep company vehicle & property clean and well maintained
- Be available to perform your on-call duties when scheduled
- Follow through all sales to completion
- Build strong relationships with each one of your customers; turn them into clients
Experience:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
- Great customer service skills
Requirements:
- EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal)
- Valid DL
- Clean background
