Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in Grayslake, IL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong desire to achieve sales goals. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized insurance and financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- State insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain).
