We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, assisting them with their insurance needs, and supporting the team with bilingual communication. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions in both English and Spanish.
- Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and claims.
- Support the agent in reaching out to potential clients and helping them navigate their insurance options.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and assist with their ongoing insurance needs.
- Help with marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives.
- Provide information on Auto, Home, Condo, Renters, and Business Insurance products to clients.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled promptly, professionally, and with a high level of care.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Previous customer service or insurance experience is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to obtain necessary State Farm licensing (if not already licensed).

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
