After recently acquiring Sportsmans Plumbing and Heating and Phils Heating and Air Conditioning, we've become the fastest growing HVAC and Plumbing contractor in the Brainerd Lakes Area, and we are on our way to even greater success. The Role: As the first point of contact for our clients, you are not just a representative; you are the face of our company. Your main duties will include:
Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and addressing client needs.
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians efficiently.
- Handling client complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
- Keeping precise records of client interactions, and ensuring information accuracy.
- Following up on client concerns, guaranteeing satisfaction.
- Supporting our technicians administratively when required.
