**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Policy Assistance: Assist clients with questions regarding insurance policies, claims, and policy changes.
  • Information Provision: Provide accurate information about our insurance products and services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations while maintaining precise customer records.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
**Qualifications:**
  • Licensing:
    • Must be able to pass insurance licensing exams (Property, Casualty, Life & Health)
  • Education: 
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: 
    • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Skills: 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency with CRM based systems
    • Ability to receive coaching in a positive manner
  • Personal Attributes: 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
