Overview:
We are seeking an experienced EHR Program Director to lead complex automation implementation projects in the healthcare sector. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large, multi-client system projects.
Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to meet project objectives.
Communicate with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.
Provide technical oversight and ensure adherence to standards.
Coordinate and train project teams and stakeholders.
Ensure quality and performance through effective testing and validation.
Qualifications:
7+ years in project management, with experience in large-scale automation projects.
7+ years of technical knowledge across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
5+ years of strong communication and training skills.
1+ years in managing risk, cost, and quality.
Experience with Java, XML, HTML, CSS, VBScript, JavaScript, IIS.
PMP certification required.
Preferred:
Experience with EHR systems.
Additional certifications (e.g., Agile, ITIL) are a plus.

Compensation: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
