ROLE DESCRIPTION:

I am looking for a solid, self-motivated, team member to be a part of our team. This position REQUIRES previous remote customer service experience working for a State Farm Agent
We are goal oriented but also want to be sure that we offer what the customer needs, so being a people person is imperative. This is a great opportunity for the right person.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about State Farm Insurance products
- Ensure that all tasks and BOD's are handled daily
- Able to pivot to other products
- Willingness to learn and motivated to succeed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years State Farm customer service experience
- Successful track record
- People person
- Self-motivated
- Goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Property and Casualty license
- Life and Health license
