Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student progress and well-being
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, staff, and parents
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your care
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior

- Two Years Previous experience working in an early childcare environment
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
- EDU 119 Completion Minimum Education Requirement for Assistant Teaching Staff
- AAS Degree or Batchelor's Degree with EDU 119 or equivalent Minimum Education Requirement for Lead Teaching Staff
Pay rate between $16 - $21 an hour based upon education and experience.
