A cleaning technician is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, such as commercial buildings, homes, hospitals, and industrial sites. In addition, they perform content restoration work for residential and commercial properties, determine recoverable items, and use specialized equipment for cleanup. The position involves physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. If you're tired of converting hotel rooms, this job will have a better schedule and pay. Training and development program available, which may include industry certifications.
In this position, you will make a difference every day. We have a sincere drive toward the goal of helping to make fire and water harmful "like they never happened®!"
Responsibilities include:
• Perform pack-outs and pack-backs with a team
• Perform cleaning work on the client's personal belongings
• Use technology to track and inventory customer belongings
• Complete cleaning using various methods, including ultrasound
• Perform cleaning activities at customer premises
• Provide exceptional customer service
Ratings:
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Perform physical labor associated with cleaning activities, general cleaning in place
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• Must be able to work independently
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Must pass background check and electronic verification
Timetable
• Monday through Friday, occasional weekends
Payout Rate
It starts at $17-21/hour based on experience, with the possibility of overtime pay and merit-based raises.
