Job Description:


Available shift: Must be flexible with shifts to accommodate client services.

Full Time: Monday – Friday 5:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: Base Salary plus profit sharing bonus from projects that are directly managed

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assigned projects within your service area to ensure customer satisfaction, and maximum profitability.
  • You will be directly responsible for exterior services work production and self-performed snow removal operations 24/7 during any inclement winter weather event.
  • You will be provided a planned service frequency calendar and ongoing list of projects to service with your field teams, and you will be responsible to ensure that work is completed in a manner that meets high quality standards and ensure that established production times and profitability are accomplished.
  • You will be responsible for the maintenance and stewardship of the fleet including Air-Vac parking lot sweeper trucks, dump trucks, trailers, landscape equipment, construction equipment, power washing and snow removal equipment and materials, supplies and tools.
  • You will be responsible for determining material, equipment and labor requirements, daily attendance, roll call and dispatching of team members, scheduling and completion of work, oversight and management of team members and projects and all other production related responsibilities.
  • You will be responsible to effectively enforce all company policies both personally and with your team members.
  • You will be required to effectively demonstrate proficiency in performing all work including parking lot sweeping, power washing, landscaping, portering, planting, concrete, lawn care, grading, drainage, hardscaping, snow removal and other exterior services. You will be required to work during all winter weather events.
  • You will ensure that all scheduled work is completed, including filling in for crew leaders, drivers, or labor when they are absent and assisting with the work
  • You will directly perform, train team members, and oversee the scope of work associated with lawn care, landscaping, landscape irrigation, pruning, planting, mulching, parking lot sweeping, hand portering, power washing, window cleaning, snow removal and other exterior services.
  • You will be provided with company uniforms, company credit card and/or fuel card.
  • You will be responsible for safekeeping of all fleet, assets, equipment, uniforms, PPE, materials, and supplies and for fueling of company fleet and equipment.
Requirements:

  • Valid US Driver License and clean driving record.
  • Must have current D.O.T. Medical Card
  • 5+ years’ experience performing and managing landscaping, snow removal, and exterior facilities services is required. (The position requires extensive experience and working knowledge of landscaping, exterior projects, and snow removal)
  • Competency in fleet and equipment management, scheduling, personnel management, and production methods.
  • Ability to pass employment and random drug tests
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve issues
  • Use smart phone for work order and time management applications, GPS and emails.
  • Ability to lift 80 lbs. and work under strenuous conditions.
  • Always wear company issued uniform
  • Smoking is not permitted for this position.
