As a DPT on our team, you will:
- Evaluate and assess patients to determine therapy needs
- Develop and modify individualized treatment plans
- Perform initial evaluations for newly referred patients
- Provide ongoing re-evaluations and adjust care plans as needed
- Supervise and train PTAs and other support staff
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of therapy services
- Participate in professional meetings and team collaboration
You’ll have the autonomy to use your clinical judgment while being supported by an experienced and skilled team.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong clinical reasoning and independent judgment
- A compassionate, patient-centered mindset
