Position Title: RSA Engineer
Location: Atlanta
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled RSA Engineer to join our IT Security team. The RSA Engineer will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining RSA security solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our organization’s data and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, experience with RSA products, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security threats.Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Security, with at least 5 years on RSA SecurID/Authentication Manager
Key Responsibilities:

RSA Implementation and Configuration:
- Design, implement, and configure RSA security solutions, including RSA Authentication Manager, RSA Archer, RSA NetWitness, and RSA SecurID.
- Develop and maintain documentation for RSA configurations, procedures, and processes.

Security Monitoring and Incident Response:
- Monitor security alerts and events from RSA systems.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for future incidents.

System Maintenance and Upgrades:
- Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades for RSA products.
- Ensure the availability and performance of RSA systems by conducting routine maintenance and health checks.

User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding RSA solutions.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for users on RSA security practices and tools.

Compliance and Audit Support:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and regulations through effective implementation of RSA solutions.
- Support internal and external audits related to information security and RSA products.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate RSA solutions with other security tools and systems.
- Communicate security risks and incidents to management and other stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
