Clinical Care: Conduct diagnostic evaluations, establish personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely clinical records (assessments, treatment plan reviews, session notes) in compliance with practice policies.

Caseload Management: Maintain a minimum average of 25 client sessions per week for full-time status.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate care with external partners, including families, schools, medical professionals, case managers, and internal colleagues.

Professional Engagement: Active participation in staff meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.

Education: Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.

Licensure: Active clinical license (or actively on track toward licensure) in your state. Insurance paneling for fully licensed clinicians is preferred.

Clinical Knowledge: Proven experience drafting Diagnostic Assessments (DAs), treatment goals, and progress notes.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms (Valant experience preferred).

Core Competencies: Clear written/verbal communication, strong boundary setting, and experience providing culturally responsive care to diverse populations.

Company Structure
Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, which allows us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
Feeling blah doesn’t help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time!
