We are looking for a dedicated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support. Your primary focus will be on serving the team, doing what's best for our customers, and obtaining an Insurance Property & Casualty License.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the team to address customer needs and concerns promptly and efficiently
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure effective communication and problem resolution
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Support the team by sharing customer feedback and insights to help drive continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for service enhancements
  • Obtain an Insurance Property & Casualty License to better serve our customers in insurance-related matters
Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Proven customer service experience, demonstrating a strong customer-centric approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to obtain an Insurance Property & Casualty License
