We are seeking a Childcare Director who is dedicated, organized, and ready to lead a high-quality program that’s committed to the growth of both children and staff.

Position Overview:

The Childcare Director will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with DHS regulations and Keystone STARS standards, support teachers and families, and maintain a positive, engaging environment for children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Provide leadership to staff and support professional development
    •    Ensure compliance with all local and state licensing regulations
    •    Oversee curriculum implementation and quality programming
    •    Communicate effectively with families and staff
    •    Manage enrollment, scheduling, and staffing
    •    Maintain a warm, safe, and nurturing environment

Qualifications::
    •    Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)
    •    Director Credential (preferred or willingness to obtain)
    •    Minimum 2 years of ECE leadership or supervisory experience
    •    Strong understanding of Keystone STARS and DHS regulations
    •    Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
    •    Passion for quality care and education
