Job Overview:-
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator & Quality Analyst to manage multiple initiatives and ensure high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, quality analysis, and experience with electronic medical records systems. This role requires a blend of project management skills, analytical abilities, and effective communication with diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage and oversee multiple projects across various organizational boundaries.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Leaders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and schedules.
- Analyze and prepare data for presentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Define problems, collect relevant data, and draw logical and critical conclusions.
- Perform quality checks to ensure adherence to specified parameters of quality and timeliness.
- Generate professional and clear written, verbal, and electronic communications tailored to different audiences.
- Effectively communicate with diverse populations, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Utilize proficiency in tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, Visio, PowerPoint, and Teams to manage project documentation and communication.
- Experience with electronic medical records systems (e.g., Epic, GE Centricity, NextGen) is required.
- Apply working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy & Security regulations in all project activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Manage a high-volume production environment efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:-
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management.
- Proven experience in managing multiple initiatives and preparing data for presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Preferred:
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
