Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our NICU team for night shifts. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you will play a crucial role in the care of our most vulnerable patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care to neonates and pediatric patients in the NICU/PICU.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform procedures such as intubation, ventilation, and other advanced respiratory therapies.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes in the Cerner charting system.
- Float within scope to meet facility needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience, preferably in pediatrics.
- National certifications required: RRT, BLS, PALS.
- Experience with NICU/PICU cases preferred.
- First-time travelers accepted on a case-by-case basis with at least 3 years of recent experience.
- Must be able to start within 3-4 weeks of the date offered.
Additional Information:
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
- On-Call Requirement: None.
- Floating to Sister Facilities: Not required.
- Block Schedule: Open to accommodating.
- Pending State License: Accepted with proof of application date.
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours weekly, with the potential for 48 hours (no overtime until after 48 hours).
- Scrub Color: Any color, no logos, must be child-friendly.
- Parking Costs: Day/Night rotating offsite parking at $35/month; nights-only onsite parking at $70/month; days at $50/month.
Vaccination Requirements:
- COVID-19 vaccine and current booster required (no exemptions).
- Flu vaccine: Status unknown.
Compensation: $55.00 per hour
