Homewatch CareGivers is seeking a Part Time Home Care Nurse at our Cary office. We are looking for a PT RN to work 1-2 days per week. Rotating with other nurses on the team! We offer day shifts, weekday schedules, an in-home setting, competitive benefits, and a friendly team that will support you. Starting Pay:$35.00- per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Perform new client assessment/admission
  • Perform quality assurance and supervisory visits
  • Communicate with necessary people to ensure proper execution of client care plans (employees, clients, family members, etc.)
  • Maintain professional relationships with the clients, caregivers, and all internal and external people involved in client care team
  • Monitor caregiver compliance with company policies and client care plans
  • Assists with employee training during on-boarding and throughout caregiver tenure
  • Maintain knowledge of home care practices under the NC state licensure to ensure compliance with state regulations
Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse in NC
  • 3+ years of recent experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to function with minimal supervision
  • Must maintain nursing license and required skills to perform the job and adhere to the Agency policies
  • Home care, home health or hospice, and/or leadership experience (Preferred)
Job Type: Part Time

Standard shift:

  • Day shift 8am-5pm -1-2 days per week(Mon/Tues or Th/Fr)
