Hi, I am Dr. Brittany Wright, Director of Therapy Services at Healing Arts Center. I hope you are okay with me telling you a little about my backstory.

After graduating from PT school... I worked in a few different settings throughout my career.

●      Inpatient
●      Home Health
●      High-Volume Outpatient

Time-Clock Management, Efficiency Standards...
Evals, units, metrics... Metrics... METRICS!

You get the idea.

I remember all the late nights and being so frustrated. Don't get me wrong - I learned a ton during those work experiences, but I wanted to "Be Different"...

Just like you...

Then, I came to Healing Arts Center: a multi-specialty Medical Clinic where I was tasked with building a Physical Therapy program from the ground up.

I was soooo anxious about it... But my FRUSTRATION outweighed my FEAR.

Patients started to trickle in, and they started to get better...QUICKER. I was performing the same manual techniques, the same exercises... But my patients were getting better... quicker... like 3-5x quicker.

It was because the patients had my full ATTENTION.

At that moment I decided to go "All In" and treat patients in more of a 1-to-1 setting...

... Not 1-to-3 or worse 1-to-Many.

So, I began to focus all my attention on growing our department.

I hope that doesn’t sound too cliché.

Over the past few years, we have been able to help 1000s of local residents, grow our team (in both size and skill-sets), and even expand to a second PT campus.

The key "metrics" we pride ourselves on are not volume, number of new patients, or gross revenue.... but our customer satisfaction and staff retention rates.

Most of our staff has been with us for 3+ years after hire, and the ones that do leave typically are the ones who move out of the area.

And for that, we are blessed to have such a great team both here at Healing Arts Center and at Countryside Physical Therapy.

We are now looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team. We strive to see all patients 1-1, no double bookings. No late-night shifts, so you can be home in time for dinner. Several paid holidays so you don’t have to choose between work or family. We offer ongoing mentorship and career advancement opportunities. Compensation: $73,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Additionally, a substantially discounted rate for treatment and products is available to your spouse and your dependent children under the age of 18, living in your home.

We offer 6 paid holidays (when those holidays fall on a work day) and we make every effort to close the practice on the Friday after Thanksgiving, early on Christmas Eve and early on New Year's Eve. Although those additional closure dates are usually non-paid holidays, we believe it is important for our staff to spend additional quality time with family and friends.

All regular full-time employees, compensated by hourly or salary terms, are also eligible for PTO which begins accruing at your six-month anniversary of employment.

We choose to provide our employees with quality healthcare within our practice and a full (well-deserved) paycheck, rather than skimming money out of your paycheck for a health insurance policy that may not be the best fit for you. However, we do offer supplemental insurance, to be paid by the employee, through companies like AFLAC if desired.
