We are seeking a Lead Carpenter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building decks, porches and sunrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Building our outdoor structures.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive customer experience on our job site.
Leading a team of junior carpenters.
Handle a diverse range of tasks from reading plans, ordering material, planning upcoming projects, to customer communication.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in carpentry and remodeling.
Friendly, positive, customer service oriented attitude.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work and walk in varying climate conditions and on uneven, slippery ground, capacity to physically lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Compensation: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
